Collection and Use of Personal Information
Contact information for potential registrants or persons seeking information is collected in order for Women Leaders Utah to contact that person to provide information about the registry. The intent of the registry is to publish the personal profile information as provided by the registrant to a searchable database and make it available to the public. The public availability of the registry information is stated on the website and instructions provided to registrants when they submit their information either through a form on the website or other followup communication, i.e. email.
Contact information, such as name, address, telephone number or email address for persons with questions, concerns, complaints, inquiries, requests for information or technical support questions, is used to respond to the specific request for information. When a person signs up for the registry on the website, Women Leaders Utah makes that information available to website visitors via its searchable database. We do not collect personally identifying information about users except when users specifically and knowingly provide it. This information is stored on servers in the United States. Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
Women Leaders Utah will not commercially sell any personally identifying customer information to other organizations. Some demographic or non-personal profile data may be collected and used to statistically analyze various aspects of our program features. We use this information to better serve and customize our registry and increase its effectiveness for the intended users.
Security
Women Leaders Utah has engaged CentralPoint Systems, a web development company, who has implemented reasonable security measures to protect registry information from misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Secure access to the CentralPoint Systems' website content management program is tied to username and password. All logins and IP addresses are logged.
Changes to this policy
Women Leaders Utah may amend these policies from time to time. If any material changes are made in the way the information provided by registrants is used, Women Leaders Utah will notify the registrant by posting a prominent announcement on the website pages and may also include contacting registrants by email.
