You may hold the CTRL key and select more than one selection in each dropdown list.  Repeat CTRL to delete a selection. To achieve better/more results, select only one or two criteria for your search, e.g. County and Government Commission.  

To see all candidates in the registry, click SEARCH with no criteria selected.
